Compact hygienic pump for small production volumes The Lutz LDE Evora PURE mini double diaphragm pump is the smallest variant in the PURE series and has been specially developed for hygienically sensitive applications in the Foodstuffs, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. With its electropolished stainless steel housing (V4A/1.4404), it fulfils the highest hygiene requirements and is FDA and EU compliant. Thanks to its compact design, the pump is particularly suitable for small production volumes, pilot plants or laboratories. The gentle pumping action without shear forces makes it ideal for sensitive media such as sauces, creams, lotions or pharmaceutical solutions. Clean room and food pump with maximum product safety The Lutz LDE Evora PURE double diaphragm pump has been specially developed for processes where hygiene, purity and product safety have top priority. Its electropolished stainless steel surfaces and food-safe materials fulfil all FDA and EU requirements. This makes it ideal for production environments with the highest requirements - from the Foodstuffs and beverage industry to Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics production. With a maximum flow rate of up to 715 l/min and process reliability even with highly viscous media, the Evora PURE guarantees gentle, low-pulsation conveying without shear forces. Thanks to the oil-free compressed air system, it is contamination-free and environmentally friendly - a decisive factor when conveying sensitive or temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate, honey or creams. The optional ATEX version allows safe operation in potentially explosive areas (zone 1), which significantly expands the range of possible applications - for example in distilleries or laboratory systems. Description: The B70H is a variant of our B70V and is designed for horizontal use on a transport trolley. It can be used in situations where the B70V is restricted by space or handling limitations, thereby complementing our range of Eccentric screw pumps with a mobile variant. The pump is suitable for conveying aqueous to highly viscous Newtonian and non-Newtonian media, as well as media containing solids and those sensitive to shear. It is also used in explosion-proof zones for aggressive and highly flammable liquids requiring high delivery pressure. The TOPAX® single or multi-channel controller installed on the EASYPRO continuously measures the water parameters and keeps them within the target range. MEMDOS LP - technology that makes waves!The MEMDOS LP is used when the pump needs to be integrated into control systems or control loops. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS interface is available for integration into sophisticated automation networks. Thanks to a robust tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the pumped media, e.g. acids, alkalis, precipitants and flocculants, are dosed reliably and accurately. The MEMDOS LP is also available with a double diaphragm system on request.
