Frequently asked questions about the brochure area
Our digital brochures and documents feature interactive functions that allow you to quickly get in touch or perform a targeted search within the document.
When you highlight a term, product name or item number in the open brochure, a selection menu with several options appears automatically.

The following options are available:
- Open contact form
You can submit an enquiry directly from the document using the contact form. Your enquiry will then be forwarded to our team. - Send a direct email enquiry
Using Oxomi's integrated function, you can compose an email enquiry and send it to us immediately. This allows you to refer directly to the selected product or document. - Search document
You can search the entire brochure for terms, product names or item numbers. This allows you to quickly find the relevant information in the document.
These functions make it easier for you to find specific information or submit an enquiry directly without having to leave the brochure.
The Oxomi document viewer offers several functions that allow you to quickly find the content you are looking for in the brochure or throughout the entire document area.
Depending on the situation, you can choose between three search options.
1. Search directly in the open document
Once you have opened a document, you can use the integrated search function in the viewer.
How the search works:
- Enter a product name or item number in the search field.
- The viewer automatically searches the currently open document.
- The search results are then displayed in the left-hand pane.
- You can jump directly to the relevant sections in the document using the page previews displayed.
This function is particularly useful if you already know which document contains the product you are looking for.

2. Search by highlighting a term in the document
Another option is to highlight a product name or item number directly in the document.
As soon as you highlight the term, a function menu with various options opens. There you can select to search for this term in the document.
The viewer then searches the entire document and displays all occurrences.
This function is particularly helpful if you have discovered a term in the document and want to find other occurrences of it.

3. Using Universal Search in the download area
An comprehensive search function is also available in the download area.
With Universal Search, you can search all documents and content at the same time.
For example, you can enter:
- Product names
- Item numbers
- Technical terms
The search results are then displayed across all documents and can be filtered by brand, category or language.
This search is particularly useful if you do not yet know in which document the information you are looking for is located.
