The Lutz Air-operated diaphragm pump LDE 050M (1/2" mini) combines a compact design with high reliability. With housing variants in PP, PVDF, aluminium or stainless steel, it offers maximum flexibility when pumping aggressive chemicals, viscous media or abrasive liquids
Thanks to the oil-free compressed air system, the pump is particularly environmentally friendly, clean and low-maintenance. The option of an ATEX-1 version also enables safe use in potentially explosive areas (zone 1)

The Lutz Air-operated diaphragm pump LDE 0500 (1/2") is designed for applications where a compact design needs to be combined with a higher flow rate. With up to 76 l/min, this Diaphragm pump offers a significant increase in Power and is therefore ideal for pumping tasks in chemicals, surface technology, water treatment and industrial process systems.With versions in PP, PVDF, aluminium and stainless steel, the LDE 0500 can be specifically adapted to different media. It is suitable for light to more demanding chemicals, solvents, alcohols, process fluids and selected oil and lubricant applications. The pump remains efficient and reliable even with viscous media up to 7,500 mPas.The oil-free compressed air system, the dry-running safety and the self-priming design support stable and low-maintenance operation. The Lutz LDE 1" Mini air-operated diaphragm pump combines a compact design with high-performance pumping technology. It is the ideal solution for applications with limited installation space where high flow volumes and process reliability are nevertheless required.
With a maximum flow rate of 130 l/min, a delivery head of up to 80 mWS and a displacement volume of 120 cm³ per stroke, the Pump offers an excellent balance of efficiency, reliability and durability. Thanks to its air-operated, oil-free drive system, the LDE 1" Mini operates particularly cleanly, requires little maintenance and is energy-efficient – making it ideal for continuous operation in industrial processes.

Description:
For liquids that need to be mixed before processing and then pumped or that also contain small solids, the new Diaphragm pump mixing system with an integrated compressed air-driven double Diaphragm pump is the perfect solution. The mixing and pumping process takes place via a suction and mixing pipe and a 3-way valve. The pre-assembled system is ready for immediate use in just a few simple steps and is also suitable for potentially explosive liquids.
