Increased operational reliability for Diaphragm dosing pumps

Diaphragm dosing pumps are designed in the standard version in such a way that leakage after a wear-related diaphragm rupture is specifically discharged. A double diaphragm system is available for Lutz-Jesco Diaphragm dosing pumps to increase operational safety and prevent environmentally harmful leakage in the event of diaphragm damage.

• Plastic intermediate flange with glycerine as a separating agent
• A wear-related rupture of the separating diaphragm does not lead to the immediate failure of the Dosing pump: instead, it can be detected via a diaphragm rupture probe (two-rod electrode) by measuring the conductivity.
