Nitrogen flushing device

The pressurised system of a chlorine system must be checked for leaks before commissioning. In order to detect possible leaks in the pressurised system without risking the release of chlorine, the system is first checked for leaks using the nitrogen flushing device. This is followed by a leak test with chlorine. Before maintenance or decommissioning of the chlorine system, the chlorine is removed from the chlorine system using the nitrogen flushing device.

• Connection to the manifold
