Chlorine auxiliary valve / angle valve
Chlorine auxiliary valves and angle valves are fittings that have been specially developed for use with liquid and gaseous chlorine in terms of tightness and chemical resistance. While ball valves are preferably used in rigid pipework installations, cylinder and drum auxiliary valves are designed to connect chlorinators or their manifold to the chlorine tank.
Features & advantages
- Use of cylinder or drum auxiliary valves as a connection valve to the cylinder or drum valve of the pressure tank
- Closing of the tank valve during tank replacement to prevent the escape of residual chlorine gas and the ingress of humidity
- Design: Slow-opening angle valve with stuffing box packing
