The EASYZON® Dd Compact is a compact chlorine dioxide system for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide for the disinfection of drinking water, process water and wastewater. It is particularly suitable for applications requiringa compact system design with Production capacities of up to 72 g ClO₂/h.
The Compact version also operates using the acid-chlorite process with hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite. The system features an electronic control unit, a reactor, a Flow meter for the dilution water, dosing pumps and suction lines. The D-B Compact version also includes an impeller-type flow meter for automatic adjustment of the product concentration. In the D-D Compact version, this is not included in the scope of supply described.
Three performance levels – 15, 30 and 60 – are available for product selection. At 4 bar, these achieve production capacities of 18, 32 and 72 g ClO₂/h respectively, and are available for both continuous and batch operation.
