Horizontal progressive cavity pumping station B70H Industry
For neutral, aggressive and highly flammable media
Description:
The B70H is a modification of our B70V and is designed for horizontal use on a transport trolley. It can be used in situations where the B70V reaches its spatial or handling limits and thus rounds off our range of Eccentric screw pumps with a mobile variant. The pump is suitable for pumping aqueous to highly viscous Newtonian and non-Newtonian media as well as media containing solids and shear-sensitive media. It is also used in Explosion proof zones for aggressive and highly flammable liquids with high delivery pressure.
Simple upgrade of the stator from 25.1 to 75.1m possible
Horizontal version

Description:
The Eccentric screw pump HD-E-SR in the Industry version simply transfers the advantages of the Drum pump for viscous media to the high-viscosity range. The positive displacement pump has an easily detachable outer tube, a bearing head with mechanical seal and a free-running shaft with an eccentric screw as the pumping element - all of which are easy to dismantle and clean. Due to the small outer diameter of the pump tube of max. 41 mm, viscous liquids up to ____00_0__ mPas can be filled. The Pump tube can be combined with our electric or Compressed air motors. This ensures that the liquids are emptied, thus conserving important resources.

Description:
The Eccentric screw pumps HD-E in the Industry version simply transfers the advantages of the Drum pump for low-viscosity media to the medium-viscosity range. The positive displacement pump has an easily detachable outer tube, a bearing head with mechanical seal and a free-running shaft with an eccentric screw as the pumping element - all easy to dismantle and clean. The Pump tube can be combined with our single-phase motor. This ensures that the liquids are emptied, thus conserving important resources.
