EASYZON® 5 chlorine dioxide system
The EASYZON® 5 chlorine dioxide system generates chlorine dioxide directly at the point of use and is suitable for water treatment and disinfection applications. Chlorine dioxide can disinfect water regardless of its pH level. As a dissolved gas, it is also suitable for combating biofilms in distribution networks and, in particular, for combating Legionella spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa
The system operates in batch mode using the acid-chlorite process. Hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 9 per cent and sodium chlorite with a concentration of 7.5 per cent are used in the production process. Level control and an Agitator ensure defined reaction conditions in the reactor. Integrated Peristaltic pumps handle the delivery of the chemicals, whilst the control system monitors the individual process steps.
With a production capacity of 5 g/h ClO₂, the EASYZON® 5 produces a chlorine dioxide solution with a concentration of 2 g/l. The product tank has a usable volume of 5.7 litres. At a storage temperature of 15 °C, the shelf life of the solution produced is a maximum of 24 hours. This extended shelf life can be achieved by maintaining an appropriate acid surplus in the chlorine dioxide solution, ensuring that the chlorite concentration does not reach critical levels.
Thanks to its compact and pre-assembled design, the reactor, control system, chemical dosing unit, product tank and other system components are combined into a single unit. Optionally, a ClO₂ ambient air sensor can also be used to monitor the ambient air.

The TECHNOMAT provides a medium-sized swimming pool with a high-quality and innovative method of disinfection using electrolysis. The TECHNOMAT disinfects the pool water without the use and storage of hazardous substances such as chlorine gas, chlorine bleach or chlorine tablets. The chlorine required for disinfection is obtained on site from ordinary NaCl salt (table salt, sea salt, sodium chloride) in the pool water - completely safe and with a pleasant side effect: salty water. Salt water has a revitalising effect, is kind to the skin and relaxing at the same time. EASYZON® D chlorine dioxide system
The EASYZON® Dd chlorine dioxide system is used for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide for the disinfection of drinking water, process water and wastewater. Chlorine dioxide has a high disinfecting effect and is effective regardless of the pH value. Due to its pronounced residual effect in drinking water, it is particularly suitable for extensive pipework networks.
The system operates according to the acid-chlorite process using hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite. Chemical dosing is carried out via dosing pumps fitted with calibration cylinders, Back-pressure valves and pulse flow monitors. The pressure-resistant reactor is housed in a protective cabinet. At the reactor output, the chlorine dioxide solution produced is pre-diluted with water via a static mixer and then fed to the point of use or, in the appropriate version, into the batch tank.
The control system monitors the dosing and the flow rate of the dilution water and signals critical operating conditions. Various external signal inputs and outputs are available for integration into higher-level control systems. These include signal relays, 4–20 mA inputs and outputs, and RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces.
Capacity levels ranging from 18 to 1,478 g ClO₂/h at 4 bar are available to meet different requirements.

EASYZON® Dd Compact chlorine dioxide system
The EASYZON® Dd Compact is a compact chlorine dioxide system for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide for the disinfection of drinking water, process water and wastewater. It is particularly suitable for applications requiringa compact system design with Production capacities of up to 72 g ClO₂/h.
The Compact version also operates using the acid-chlorite process with hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite. The system features an electronic control unit, a reactor, a flow meter for the dilution water, dosing pumps and suction lines. The D-B Compact version also includes a vane-type Flow meter for automatic adjustment of the product concentration. In the D-D Compact version, this is not included in the scope of supply described.
Three performance levels – 15, 30 and 60 – are available for product selection. At 4 bar, these achieve production capacities of 18, 32 and 72 g ClO₂/h respectively and are available for both continuous and batch operation.
