Description: The first flow meter with touchscreen display and backlighting impresses with its simple, needs-based display and operability, multilingual interface and compact design. Thanks to the rotating swash plate and a magnet, it enables precise measurement of the volume flow and measures oils, aggressive media such as acids and alkalis precisely, quickly and, above all, efficiently. Optionally, the desired quantity can be preselected with a quantity preselector (relay module) so that the pump or system switches off automatically after the selected quantity. This further simplifies and secures the operation of the systems. To adjust the dosing capacity, the stroke frequency can be adjusted manually, via external control contacts or via a 0/4 - 20 mA signal. The MAGDOS LP is also available with an optional Ethernet interface. The network connection makes it possible to control the stroke frequency and the number of strokes. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS interface is available for integration into sophisticated automation networks. Thanks to a robust tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the pumped media, e.g. acids, alkalis, precipitants and flocculants, are dosed reliably and accurately. The modularity of the multi-channel controller makes it possible to record a wide range of measurement parameters such as chlorine, pH value, redox value or even quadruple pH value measurements in any conceivable combination,and the outputs are also freely selectable. Dosing pumps can be controlled via optocouplers or relays, as well as actuators via relays or a 20 mA output.The colour display with a very high resolution shows a user-friendly user interface. The user-friendliness is rounded off by simple touch operation and multilingual, intuitive menu navigation.Free digital outputs can be configured as required.
