The fact that our products were designed for small dosing quantities makes them ideal for the disinfection of swimming pool water, providing maximum safety in the process. They work with total vacuum, directly from a chlorine tank. Even if there is mechanical damage to the highly chemical-resistant plastic pipes and units, no chlorine gas can escape. The devices can be mounted on cylinders and are equipped with a residual pressure safety device for the compressed gas tank. A pressure gauge for the cylinder pressure with double safety effected by a diaphragm pressure transmitter is provided as standard.

Safety Blow Off Valves
Description:Reduction of excess pressure in vacuum lines The safety valve prevents a vacuum builds up in a pressure line system, which could otherwise lead to undesired chlorination. It opens at the lowest excessive pressure and discharges the piping system. The end of the blowdown pipe is run near the gas sensor.
Booster Pumps
Description:For a perfect dosing result Booster pumps have been designed especially for use in chlorination installation (according to German standard DIN 19606). This standard specifies that the chlorine gas must be dissolved in water under vacuum. To produce the vacuum ejectors (water-jet pumps) are used. The booster pumps ensure that a sufficient amount of motive water is supplied to the ejectors at the required pressure.
