Chlorine dioxide is widely accepted as an effective oxidant in water treatment and is used for a range of purposes including the prevention of Legionella. It is considerably more effective than chlorine and does not produce any hazardous by-products. Equipped with advanced control technology, our systems enable precise dosing of chlorine dioxide, optimise the disinfection process and thus contribute to a clean and safe water supply system. Depending on system capacity and the degree of disinfection required, the systems can use either diluted or concentrated solutions.

EASYZON D is a compact chlorine dioxide system for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide; it is characterised by a reliable function and simple operation. The system uses commercially available chemicals and carries out processes in accordance with the acid / chlorite procedure. Dosing pumps ensure reliable delivery of the chemicals into the pressure-resistant reactor of the system.

EASYZON 5 chlorine dioxide system

The correct dosage of disinfection

EASYZON 5 is a compact chlorine dioxide system for local and highly stable production of chlorine dioxide. The concentrated basis solution is generated locally and is still effective after a storage time of 24 hours. The system works in batch mode in accordance with the acid-chlorite procedure and uses conventional concentrations of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite. Peristaltic pumps enable chemicals to be transported safely.

EASYZON L/M/H chlorine dioxide system

The EASYZON L/M/H automatically draws and mixes precisely measured quantities of acid and chlorite from the respective chemical containers under vacuum. The chlorine dioxide solution produced is released into a product storage tank as a diluted solution under atmospheric pressure using a precisely controlled flow of cold water. The 5 – 40 g/h systems already have an integrated 8.5 litre product tank. Level sensors ensure that fresh chlorine dioxide is replenished automatically. The EASYZON L/M/H offers you on-site production of chlorine dioxide in a compact system that is reliable in function and easy to operate.

The system works in accordance with the acid / chlorite procedure using chemicals with a commercially standard concentration. Two dosing pumps with dosing monitoring feed the reactor with chemicals that are diluted directly at the reactor input. Good flow guidance and highly chemically resistant packing material in the reactor ensure optimum chemical reactions. The product is diluted to the application concentration in a static mixer located directly at the reactor output.
