The right solution for all cases Diaphragm dosing pumps are influenced in their dosing accuracy by numerous system conditions. This is particularly true in the range without back pressure up to around 1 bar. When dosing in unpressurised systems, overdosing occurs due to the inertia of the accelerated liquid. On the other hand, dosing pumps must be protected against excessive pressure or prevented from allowing undesired dosing quantities to flow through siphon effects. The use of the PENTABLOC multifunction valve is essential for all the above-mentioned problems.
