Separating of a waste water mixture using an oil separator

To the products

Wastewater from oil separators collects in industrial plants, petrol stations and washing installations. This wastewater contains oil-water emulsions that are separated using a patented procedure. An important factor for effective separation is compliance with a predefined pH value.

This is realised through the use of measurement and control technology. Jesco dosing pumps play a decisive role in this context, as they can precisely control the pH value via a two-sided control. The set parameters and measured values serve as proof of compliance with the regulations and are logged to fulfil the requirements of the supervisory authorities.

The purpose of the ChlorStop pressure safety shut-off valve is to interrupt the chlorine gas supply or the chlorine gas outlet directly from a chlorine tank immediately after a chlorine alarm or the detection of excess pressure (e.g. by the PLUS safety blow-off valve). ChlorStop is mounted directly on the tank valve. An electromagnet closes the valve within a very short time. This ensures a high level of safety and prevents further chlorine gas leaks.
