Compliance Statement – EU Sanctions Regulations
We comply with the applicable EU sanctions regulations concerning Russia and Belarus, in particular Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 and the amendments thereto, as applicable from time to time.
With regard to iron and steel products, we particularly observe the requirements of Article 3g of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014.
This provision prohibits, among other things, the import or purchase of certain iron and steel products processed in a third country using iron or steel products originating in Russia.
We ensure compliance with the applicable sanctions regulations through appropriate due diligence and by involving our suppliers in the compliance process.
Where required, we obtain appropriate documentation confirming the country of origin of the iron and steel products used as inputs.
We do not conduct transactions involving goods or business activities that would violate applicable EU sanctions regulations.
