Peristaltic pumps

Peristaltic pumps are the simplest form of dosing pump. With their rotary displacement body, they require little maintenance and allow for optimal dosing at low back pressures for simple applications. Various performance classes are available depending on different delivery capacities, backpressure and control specifications.

Hose pumps are widely used in water treatment where low-pulsation dosing at low feed pressures is required. Peristaltic pumps are characterised by their insensitivity to gas bubbles in the medium when compared to diaphragm dosing pumps. Typical applications include the dosing of chlorine bleach, hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, but also the dosing of flocculants or detergents.
