Drum pump RE-Niro with Motor B 55-T-5 (120 V)
DescriptionThe HC Drum pump with B 55-T-5 motor (120 V) has been specially developed for the efficient filling and transfer of corrosive, neutral and slightly viscous liquids. Thanks to its optimised design, the pump is ideal for emptying drums almost completely - with a residual quantity of only approx. 0.1 litres. The grease-free version reliably prevents the pumped liquid from being contaminated by lubricants. Particularly practical: A physiologically harmless version (PURE) is also available for media with increased hygiene requirements.
Examples of fluids: Alum, borax, diesel, freon, diethanolamine, methylene chloride, perfume oils, trichloromethane, etc.
Optimised drum emptying with remaining quantity of approx. 0.1 litre
No grease filling in the Pump tubes
Properties & advantages
No problematic "tipping" to dispense remaining residual quantities
Maximum product utilisation with reduced drum cleaning and disposal costs
No leaks if the Pump tube is tilted or moved
No contamination of the pumped liquid by lubricants
Drum pump Niro with Motor B 55-T-5 (120 V)
Suitable for corrosive and neutral liquids in non-explosive environments.
Examples of liquids: Alum, borax, vinegar, freon, diethanolamine, methylene chloride, trichloromethane, etc.
Properties:
No grease filling in the Pump tubes
Also available in physiologically harmless PURE version
Advantages:
No contamination of the pumped liquid by lubricants
Highly resistant high-grade carbon shaft bearing
Two impeller designs for a pumping capacity to suit requirements
Drum pump MP-Niro with Motor B 55-T-5 (120 V)
Description: Compact.
Compact. Versatile. Ideal for mixing and pumping corrosive media.
The MP-Niro Drum pump is the perfect solution for the reliable mixing and pumping of corrosive, aqueous to slightly viscous liquids in non-hazardous environments. Its combination of mixing unit and pumping function makes it particularly efficient for applications with emulsions, dispersions, paints or varnishes. Thanks to the robust stainless steel pump tube, low-maintenance design and user-friendly switchover mechanism, this drum pump is ideal for industrial applications in laboratories, chemical plants or production facilities. Typical pumping media:emulsions, suspensions, dispersions, paints, varnishes, cleaning fluids
Two functions ("Pumping" and "Mixing and pumping") in one device
No grease filling in the Pump tube
Modular, service-friendly design
Properties & advantages:
Switch between "Pumping" and "Mixing and pumping" without repositioning during operation via a small lever below the handwheel
High mixing and delivery capacity for thorough homogenisation and fast emptying
No contamination of the pumped medium by lubricants
Note: Always mix with drum cover
