Our electrolysis systems, including specialised sodium hypochlorite systems and chlorine electrolysis systems, use advanced technologies to perform safe and efficient water treatment. In contrast to conventional systems, they enable on-site production to meet demand and thus avoid the handling of hazardous chemicals.

Natriumhypochloritanlagen

Elektrolyseanlagen erzeugen Natriumhypochlorit mittels eines Elektrolyseprozesses mit Salz als Grundmaterial. Das System extrahiert automatisch eine gesättigte Salzlösung aus dem Salzlösungstank, die dann mit enthärtetem Wasser auf die optimale Konzentration für eine effiziente Elektrolyse verdünnt wird. Das verdünnte Salz wird automatisch in die Elektrolysezelle transportiert. Dort fließt ein elektrischer Strom durch die Lösung und erzeugt Natriumhypochlorit. Der automatische Prozesszyklus wird so lange wiederholt, bis der Produkttank gefüllt ist.

MINICHLORGEN sodium hypochlorite systems provide an on-demand supply of <1.0 % sodium hypochlorite solution, generated through the electrolysis of diluted brine solution. Generated in close proximity to the process, the direct storage and dosing of sodium hypochlorite rules out accidental spillage of the sodium hypochlorite and contract with the operating personnel.

Zur Wasserdesinfektion von privaten Schwimmbädern

Mit dem TECHNOMAT verfügt ein mittelgroßes Schwimmbecken über eine hochwertige und innovative Methode zur Desinfektion mittels Elektrolyse. Der TECHNOMAT desinfiziert das Badebeckenwasser ohne die Verwendung und Lagerung der Gefahrstoffe Chlorgas, Chlorbleichlauge bzw. Chlortabletten. Das zur Desinfektion benötigte Chlor wird erst vor Ort aus gewöhnlichem NaCl Salz (Kochsalz, Meersalz, Natriumchlorid) im Badebeckenwasser gewonnen - völlig gefahrlos und mit einem angenehmen Nebeneffekt: salzhaltiges Wasser. Salzwasser wirkt belebend, ist hautfreundlich und entspannend zugleich. Es verspricht eine Lebensqualität, die Sie mit den Durchfluss-Chlorelektrolyseanlagen von Technopool jeden Tag genießen können. Effektive Lösungen für die Wasserdesinfektion in öffentlichen Schwimmanlagen

Die Erzeugung der unterchlorigen Säure findet in einer Elektrolysezelle statt, die in einem Bypass der Reinwasserleitung angeordnet ist. Die Steuerung erfolgt über eine Mess- und Regelanlage, die mit einem stetigen Regler-Ausgang, mit PI-Regelverhalten von 4 bis 20 mA, ausgerüstet ist. Im TECHNOSTAR kann jede Elektrolysezelle zusätzlich mit einem Temperatursensor zur Temperaturüberwachung ausgestattet werden.
