Chlorine gas in accordance with DIN EN 15363 is not only cost-efficient, but the sophisticated full-vacuum technology prescribed by the standard is extremely safe to use. The tried-and-tested design of chlorine dosing systems has guaranteed trouble-free functions for decades and significantly minimises the risk of accidents with chlorine gas. Our vacuum system ensures that in the event of a leak, only air enters the system, while no chlorine gas can escape. The Lutz-Jesco ChlorStop provides an additional safety feature. The chlorine gas supply is automatically interrupted in the event of chlorine gas detection by the chlorine detector or, even better, through the use of a safety blow-off valve Plus with an internal contact for positive pressure on the chlorine gas tank. This works reliably to prevent the uncontrolled release of chlorine gas even in the event of system defects.
