Description:

The Lutz pumping station (stainless steel) is suitable for low-viscosity, flammable and explosive liquids. Depending on the application, various motors are available which can be combined with the pumping station at any time. This gives you flexibility at all times and saves important resources.

  • Also available in special immersion depths from 200 - 2500 mm

In der Praxis zeigen sich 2 typische Einsatzarten:

Anforderung 1: 


Überwinden von langen Schlauchlängen, erhöhte Viskosität und Dichte des Fördermediums, und die damit verbundene Anforderung von größeren Förderhöhen erfordern den Einsatz des Laufrades.


Lösung: Laufrad (L) = Radialrad

Anforderung 2:


Freier Auslauf und keine wesentlichen Druckverluste, aber verbunden mit dem Wunsch nach großer Fördermenge.


Lösung: Rotor (R) = Axialrad

Gleitringdichtung (GLRD)

Eine Gleitringdichtung kommt bevorzugt zum Einsatz, wenn Medien gefördert werden, welche auskristallisieren, kleben, verderben oder aushärten können. Mit Ihr wird vermieden, dass das Fördermedium in das Wellenführungsrohr eintreten kann. Dies erleichtert den Spülprozess der Pumpe und verhindert ein Festsetzen der Antriebswelle. Da sich im Betrieb zwischen den Gleitflächen der Gleitringdichtung ein Film aus Fördermedium einbringt, welcher der Schmierung dient, ist ein Trockenlauf dieser Pumpen zu vermeiden!

Dichtunglos (DL)

Dichtungslose Pumpwerke können Sie für alle anderen Anwendungsfälle einsetzen. Da hier keine mechanische Dichtung vorhanden ist, wird diese Variante auch bei kurzzeitigem Trockenlauf nicht beschädigt. Generell sollte Trockenlauf jedoch vermieden, und die Pumpe unter Aufsicht betrieben werden!
