Suction aids

Aids during commissioning and after shutdowns

Dosing pumps with a low delivery volume per stroke have poor suction due to the system. The difficulties increase with increasing suction head and density of the liquid. The reason for the suction difficulties during commissioning are the still dry valves and the large volume of air within the still unfilled suction line and the dosing head. In dosing systems with frequent downtimes, a priming aid can be of great benefit.
