The Lutz LDE 1500 (1 1/2") air-operated double diaphragm pump is the right choice when larger flow rates and robust materials are required. With housing variants made of PP, PVDF, aluminium or stainless steel, it offers excellent chemical resistance and high process reliability when pumping aggressive chemicals, viscous media and abrasive liquids.
Thanks to its flow-optimised design and oil-free compressed air system, the pump is particularly efficient, low-maintenance and hygienic. ATEX-certified variants also allow use in potentially explosive areas (zone 1).
With various material combinations, the pump can be customised precisely to the respective application - from chemical production to paint production or waste water treatment.

High-performance pump for large flow rates
The Lutz LDE 2000 (2") double diaphragm pump is the largest standard model in the Evora series. It was developed for the highest demands in the chemical, process industry and waste water technology. With housings made of PP, PVDF, aluminium or stainless steel, it offers maximum chemical resistance combined with a robust design and high operational reliability.
Thanks to its flow-optimised internal design, the LDE 2000 achieves particularly high efficiency with reduced air consumption. Dry-running safety, self-priming and the option of an ATEX-compliant version (Zone 1) make it the safe choice for demanding industrial processes.

The LDS Svolta 2000 double diaphragm pump is the top model in the series. With a flow rate of up to 715 l/min, it can handle even highly abrasive or chemically aggressive media without any loss of performance. Its PE 1000 block housing can withstand temperatures of up to 60 °C, is also ideally suited to very cold operating conditions and provides reliable protection against corrosion and wear. Ideal for use in heavy industry, seawater or waste water processes.

Description:
The new diaphragm pump mixing system with an integrated compressed air-driven double diaphragm pump is the perfect solution for liquids that need to be mixed before processing and then pumped or that also contain small solids. The mixing and pumping process takes place via a suction and mixing pipe and a 3-way valve. The pre-assembled system is ready for immediate use in just a few simple steps and is also suitable for potentially explosive liquids.
