The Suction pressure regulator is a spring-loaded diaphragm valve that is opened by the effect of the Pump suction pressure. This ensures that no medium can flow if the Pump is not running or cannot generate Vacuum due to a line break.

• Protection of the Dosing pump against excessive inlet pressure due to high tanks or supply from pressure lines
• Used as a tank outlet safety device in the event of a diaphragm rupture or line break and to prevent siphoning
• Prevents the influence of changing positive and negative feed heights on the dosing accuracy
