Chlorine auxiliary valve/angle valve

Chlorine auxiliary valves/angle valves are valves that have been specially developed for use with liquid and gaseous chlorine in terms of tightness and chemical resistance. While Ball valves: are preferably used in rigid pipework installations, cylinder and drum auxiliary valves are designed to connect chlorinators or their manifold to the chlorine tank.

Properties & advantages

  • Use of cylinder or drum auxiliary valves as a connection valve to the cylinder or drum valve of the pressure tank
  • Closing of the tank valve during tank replacement to prevent the escape of residual chlorine gas and the ingress of humidity
  • Version: Slow-opening Corner valve: with gland packing
